Hello! I'm Ally
Sage & Stone Holistic Counseling is dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed mental health care that addresses the whole person — mind, body, and nervous system.
Our work is grounded in the belief that healing begins with safety, understanding, and a strong therapeutic relationship. We recognize that experiences such as postpartum depression, birth or NICU-related trauma, grief, and chronic stress impact every facet of life. Counseling provides the foundation for processing these experiences, restoring emotional regulation, and building sustainable resilience.
The word holistic in our name reflects our commitment to looking beyond symptoms alone and honoring the interconnected nature of emotional, physical, and internal well-being. When appropriate, integrative approaches are thoughtfully layered alongside counseling to support deeper understanding and long-term healing.
As an Integrative Health Practitioner (Level 1 & Level 2) and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Yoga Specialist, I may incorporate nervous system regulation, personalized yoga therapy, seasonal and dosha-informed practices, and integrative health education — including functional lab insight — to help clients understand how nourishment, breath, movement, daily routines, and internal physiology influence emotional health. These supports are always optional, collaborative, and paced to prioritize safety, consent, and sustainability.
about Sage & Stone Holistic Counseling
Every part of you is welcome here.
We are here to elevate your life by providing the holistic care you need to heal fully and live authentically. Whether you are seeking individual
therapy, couples, and family counseling, or support for relational trauma and postpartum challenges, we are committed to helping you achieve the elevated life you deserve.
I find deep fulfillment in helping families navigate the profound challenges that come with unexpected outcomes in pregnancy, NICU admissions, postpartum depression, or the loss of an infant. I value the power of relationships and approach my counseling work with a focus on attachment and connection, knowing that healing is not something we are meant to do alone. In times of profound uncertainty and grief, we need the support of others who can hold hope, listen with empathy, and provide unwavering support.
We believe that healing is a journey that requires a safe, supportive environment and a compassionate guide.
As a therapist, I want you to know that every emotion and experience you bring—no matter how overwhelming or difficult—is deserving of love and compassion. No part of your journey is too painful or complex to share. I invite you to bring your whole self into this space, knowing that your fully human experience, with all its challenges, is a gift to this world.
I aim to be a companion on your healing journey, offering a safe, warm, and accepting environment where your heart and story will be cared for.
